All the people understand that the present Broadcasting Code is outdated and it has to be changed, but disagreements appear when the issue is HOW concretely to change the Code.
This is the topic which the journalist Nicolae Negru, as a moderator, and Eugeniu Ribca, expert in the media legislation, as a guest, debate in the XIII edition of the TV show "Media Azi".
The show gives the answer to more questions which worry the society today: Why isn't the present Broadcasting Code good? What innovations does the bill of the new Code have? What stipulations from the bills nr.218 (DP) and 125 (LP) aroused the criticism of the local and international experts? What are the divergences between the media organizations and the Parliamentary majority and how can they be settled?
The show "Media Azi" is a product of the Independent Journalism Centre and can be watched on the sites Media Azi, Mediacritica and YouTube.
