Административный документ направлен на укрепление системы безопасности в помещении учреждения, он ориентирован на обеспечение безопасности судьей и других работников суда, прокуроров, адвокатов, полицейских, участников  процессов  и репортеров. 

Members of the European Parliament, but also the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Federica Mogherini, expressed their concern about the situation of media in Moldova during the debates that took place on Thursday, 5 July, in Strasbourg, with respect to the political situation in the Republic of Moldova after the invalidation of the new election in Chisinau.

The resolution adopted on Thursday, 5 July, by the European Parliament regarding the political situation in the Republic of Moldova calls on the Moldovan authorities to adopt the new Code in a transparent manner, following consultations with civil society and independent media.  At the same time, the European Parliament ‘expresses its concern as to whether independent, local and opposition media in Moldova, which among other things lack sufficient resources, will be able to implement the new Code’s requirements regarding obligatory local content’.
