На первом форуме «Media Policy Forum» обсуждались вызовы, с которыми сталкивается пресса в избирательном году

Концентрация СМИ, монополизация рекламного рынка и распространение внешней и внутренней пропаганды, в частности, в условиях избирательного года, были основными вопросами, обсуждаемыми на первом Форуме «Media Policy Forum: Вызовы, перспективы и путь к свободе прессы в Молдове». В мероприятии приняли участие представители Парламента, аккредитованные в Кишиневе послы, медиаэксперты, журналисты и представители гражданского общества.

The first Media Policy Forum debated the challenged press is confronted with in an election year

The mass-media concentration, the monopoly on the advertising market and the spread of the external and internal propaganda, especially, in the context of an election year, represented the key problems debated at the first Media Policy Forum: Challenges, Perspectives and the Path towards Press Freedom in Moldova. The event was attended by representatives of the Parliament, accredited ambassadors in Chisinau, media experts, journalists and representatives of civil society.

Un studiu al IPP relevă prezența masivă a propagandei rusești pe Odnoklassniki

Un grup de autori de la Institutul de Politici Publice (IPP) a lansat recent studiul „Propaganda rusească pe Odnoklassniki: cazul Republicii Moldova” în care a arătat cum și prin intermediul căror grupuri din  această rețea de socializare sunt retransmise principalele mesaje propagandistice din Federația Rusă. Potrivit studiului, ponderea unor astfel de mesaje pe Odnoklassniki a constituit 57 de procente din numărul total de mesaje analizate de cercetători.

Передача «Media Azi», выпуск № 67: Закон «Big Brother» против свободы слова в интернете

Зарегистрированный в Парламенте в апреле 2016 г. Законопроект № 161, известный под названием «Big Brother», может быть в скором времени рассмотрен депутатами на пленарном заседании.

Риски для свободы слова в онлайн-пространстве, которые он несет, обсуждают в 67-м выпуске передачи «Media Azi» ведущий – журналист Иван Святченко, и его гость – Алексей Марчук, директор Института информационной политики, представитель Инициативы по обеспечению верховенства права Американской ассоциации адвокатов («ABA ROLI») в Молдове.

The “Media Today” show, edition 67: The “Big Brother” Law vs the freedom of expression online

The draft law no. 161, known as the “Big Brother” law, registered in the Parliament in April 2016, could be examined shortly in the plenary sitting of the MPs.

The journalist Ivan Sveatcenko, the moderator of the show, and his guest Alexei Marciuc, the director of the information policy institute,    the representative of the American Bar Association, the Rule of Law Initiative in Moldova (ABA ROLI), discuss in the 67th edition of "Media Azi" the risks the draft law poses to freedom of expression in the online space.
