Six TV Channels Sanctioned for Breaches during the Election Period. 10TV Has the Greatest Number of Fines

The Broadcasting Council (BC) sanctioned six TV channels with warnings and fines from 5.000 to 12.000 lei for breaching the legislation during the electoral term before the early parliamentary elections held on July 11. Three channels where deviations were detected were not fined after the examination of the second monitoring report on the actions of media service providers from June 26 to July 11.

В отношении шести телеканалов применены санкции за нарушения в предвыборный период. У 10TV – наибольшее количество штрафов

Совет по телерадиовещанию (СТР) применил санкции в отношении шести телеканалов, вынеся предупреждения и назначив штрафы в размере от 5.000 до 12.000 леев за нарушения законодательства, допущенные в период перед досрочными парламентскими выборами 11 июля. Три телеканала, на которых были выявлены нарушения, не были оштрафованы после рассмотрения второго отчета о мониторинге действий поставщиков медиауслуг с 26 июня по 11 июля.

Publicitatea electorală la parlamentare. Care din formațiunile învingătoare a cheltuit cel mai mult

Partidul Șor (PPȘ) a cheltuit cel mai mult la capitolul publicitate în campania electorală pentru alegerile parlamentare anticipate din 11 iulie, din rândul celor trei formațiuni care acced în Parlament potrivit datelor preliminare. Clasamentul este urmat de Partidul Acțiune și Solidaritate (PAS), care a înregistrat în schimb cele mai mari cheltuieli la general. Blocul Electoral al Comuniștilor și Socialiștilor (BECS) a raportat mai puține cheltuieli decât ceilalți doi concurenți.

Отчет ЦНЖ: В последнюю неделю кампании, все телеканалы ставили определенных конкурентов в благоприятное или неблагоприятное положение

В завершение избирательной кампании, 10 телеканалов, в отношении которых проводился мониторинг, ставили определенных конкурентов в благоприятное или неблагоприятное положение. Два канала массивно поддерживали Избирательный блок коммунистов и социалистов (ИБКС), один – партию «Шор», и ставили в неблагоприятное положение партию «Действие и солидарность» (ПДС) и президента Майю Санду. Три телеканала ставили в неблагоприятное положение ИБКС.

În platou, Chesari a acuzat-o pe moderatoare că ar fi părtinitoare și ar fi acționat în interesele unui partid.
