The Draft Law on Amending and Supplementing the Broadcasting Code Discussed by the Relevant Parliamentary Commission

The Commission for Culture, Education, Research, Youth, Sports and Media discussed on Wednesday, March 4, the draft Law on Amending and Supplementing the Broadcasting Code of Moldova (Law 260 dated July 27, 2006), with all subsequent amendments. The MPs voted unanimously to submit the draft Law to the Permanent Bureau of Parliament, for its inclusion on the agenda and voting in the second reading.

Agenda CJI pentru luna martie

În luna martie, Centrul pentru Jurnalism Independent (CJI) va continua campania ”Vrem acces în Parlament”, în scopul asigurării accesului liber al presei la ședințele Parlamentului, astfel încât instituţiile media să poată reflecta obiectiv şi multilateral activitatea legislativului și să informeze veridic cetățenii. În sprijinul jurnaliştilor, CJI va organiza în fiecare zi în care deputaţii se întrunesc în şedinţe plenare acțiuni de sensibilizare.

Присутствие журналистов в зале заседаний парламента дисциплинировало бы некоторых народных избранников

Тот факт, что представители СМИ не имеют доступа в зал заседаний парламента, означает совершенно очевидное ограничение доступа к информации, что противоречит целому ряду законодательных норм. Несмотря на многочисленные дискуссии на эту тему и обещания решить проблему, этого не произошло.

Limitarea accesului presei la şedinţele Parlamentului nu poate fi justificată în niciun fel

Accesul jurnaliștilor la ședințele Parlamentului este un element firesc al democrației și libertății de exprimare și de informare. Dificultățile create de către legislatorii actuali pentru jurnaliști nu pot fi justificate prin niciun argument rațional.
