Совет по телевидению и радио: Трансляция новогоднего послания Владимира Путина молдавскими телеканалами является законной

Совет по телевидению и радио (СТР) не обнаружил какого-либо нарушения закона в трансляции новогоднего поздравления президента России Владимира Путина телеканалами «RTR Moldova», «Ren Moldova» и «Primul in Moldova». Члены СТР отклонили жалобу неправительственной организации «WatchDog», которая потребовала наказать телеканалы.

Although the officials still deny the information, they acknowledge that there are difficulties in providing the population with converter boxes, which can receive digital signal. Some experts say that the difficulties are rather due to the access of independent TV channels to the digital multiplex.

Переход к цифровому телевидению снова под угрозой отсрочки: «Существуют проблемы, связанные с внедрением»

Переход с аналогового на цифровое телевидение, который должен был завершиться 1 марта 2020 года, скорее всего, будет снова отложен. Несмотря на то, что чиновники пока отрицают эту информацию, они признают наличие проблем, связанных с обеспечением населения преобразователями, способными принимать цифровой сигнал. Некоторые эксперты говорят, что трудности, скорее всего, связаны с доступом независимых телеканалов к цифровому мультиплексу.

Zilele trecute, Dragoș Vicol, președintele Consiliului Audiovizualului (CA) a anunțat că instituția pe care o conduce și-ar dori să anuleze dreptul persoanelor fizice sau juridice de peste hotare de a deține pachetul majoritar în proprietatea posturilor TV și radio din Republica Moldova. Între timp, în ultimele luni, societatea a asistat la extinderea holdingului media afiliat PSRM pe de o parte, iar pe de alta – mai multe voci semnalează că postul public, Moldova 1, devine tot mai fidel aceluiași partid.

Tranziția la televiziunea digitală, din nou sub riscul amânării: „Există probleme de implementare”

Trecerea de la televiziunea analogică la cea digitală, care ar urma să se finalizeze la 1 martie 2020, riscă să fie amânată din nou. Deși oficialii neagă deocamdată informația, aceștia recunosc că există probleme la capitolul asigurării populației cu convertoarele care pot recepționa semnalul digital. Unii experți spun că dificultățile țin mai degrabă de accesul posturilor TV independente în multiplexul digital.

Media NGOs condemn the behavior of the Deputy Mayor of Balti, Nicolai Grigorisin, who on Tuesday, January 21, refused to comment on a protest related to the management of the public budget at the request of Nord.News.md portal. The picketing, held in front of Balti Mayoralty, was organized to draw attention to the way how local authorities spent MDL 200 thousand to repair three toilets on the fourth floor of the institution’s headquarters.
