The Police “Barricaded” Journalists in The Parliament’s Press Room “For Security Reasons”

The journalists accredited in the parliament, who came on Wednesday, January 20, to cover the parliament’s plenary meeting, were blocked for over 5 hours in the parliament’s press room. Several reporters wrote about it on social networks and communicated about it in newscasts and reports. Journalists wondered why they weren’t evacuated from the building so that they could continue their work. Police employees ordered them not to leave the room for security reasons.

Pe rețelele de socializare au apărut în ultimele zile mai multe postări despre dispariția unor tineri – o minoră de 11 ani de la Soroca, un student de la ASEM și o studentă de la Universitatea de Medicină. Postările de pe Internet au fost preluate instantaneu și de mass-media, care a multiplicat mesajele apărute pe rețelele de socializare. Ludmila Andronic, președinta Consiliului de Presă, este de părerea că jurnaliștii nu ar fi trebuit să se limiteze la presupuneri, dar să se documenteze înainte de a scrie știrile pe această temă.

В социальных сетях в последние дни появились сообщения о пропаже молодых людей – 11-летней девочки из Сорок, студента Экономической академии Молдовы и студентки Университета медицины. Посты из Интернета незамедлительно переняла и пресса, которая размножила сообщения из социальных сетей. Людмила Андроник, председатель Совета прессы, считает, что журналистам не следует ограничиваться предположениями, а следует изучать ситуацию, перед написанием новостей на эту тему.

Over the past several days, messages appeared on social networks about the disappearance of some young people – an 11-year-old girl from the town of Soroca, a male student of the Economic Academy of Moldova and a female student of the University of Medicine. Online posts were instantly reproduced by mass media, which multiplied the messages from social networks. Ludmila Andronic, chairman of the Press Council, believes that journalists should not limit themselves to assumptions, but they should do their research before writing news on this topic.

Государственная Kомпания «Gagauziya Radio Televizionu» может быть ликвидирована

11 января 2016 года Наблюдательный совет (НС) компании «Gagauziya Radio Televizionu» (GRT) утвердил, 5 голосами из 8-ми членов совета, присутствовавших на собрании, обращение к башкану автономии и к депутатами Народного собрания Гагаузии, в котором они предлагают внести изменения в закон о телевидении и радио Гагаузии и «условно ликвидировать» государственную компанию «Gagauziya Radio Televizionu». Медиа-эксперт Петру Маковей утверждает, что инициатива комратского НС нарушает законодательство страны.

Public Company “Gagauziya Radio Televizionu” could be liquidated

The Supervisory Board (SB) of “Gagauziya Radio Televizionu” (GRT) voted, on January 11, 2016, with 5 votes out of the 8 members present at the meeting, an address to the head of the autonomy and to the People’s Assembly of Gagauzia, in which they proposed modification of the law on radio and television of Gagauzia and “provisional liquidation” of the public company “Gagauziya Radio Televizionu.” Media expert Petru Macovei says that the initiative of the SB in Comrat defies national legislation.
