Non-governmental media organizations are concerned about the bans of the Action and Solidarity Party against the team of Prime TV, who were not admitted to the works of the party’s Second Congress on the grounds that the TV channel would not be impartial in covering this event.
It should be remembered that the media law guarantees to journalists the right to participate in public events, to obtain and disseminate information, to make audiovisual recordings, to film and photograph.

We call on political parties to be more open in their relations with representatives of the media.
At the same time, in order to maintain harmonious collaboration with all segments of society, we call on journalists to fully respect the Code of Ethics and not to allow for missteps in addressing sensitive topics, such as political ones.
