Licențe de emisie pentru două posturi TV noi. O televiziune va fi de umor, iar cealaltă - despre justiție

Două posturi noi de televiziune ar putea fi lansate în curând în Republica Moldova, după ce Consiliul Audiovizualului (CA) a acordat licență de emisie, pe un termen de nouă ani, canalelor GN TV și Legal TV ale companiei SFC Media. GN TV ar urma să difuzeze preponderent emisiuni de divertisment, iar Legal TV - despre justiție și domeniul dreptului.

O membră a Consiliului de Supraveghere al Teleradio-Moldova (CS TRM) a solicitat amânarea unei ședințe a CS, care se desfășura online, până la asigurarea transmisiunii în direct a întrunirii, propunerea fiind respinsă. În cadrul ședinței a fost examinat raportul de activitate  al companiei TRM pentru primul semestru al anului 2021.

Член Совета по надзору Teleradio-Moldova (СН TRM) просила перенести заседание СН, проводившееся онлайн, до обеспечения прямой трансляции заседания, однако это предложение было отклонено. В ходе заседания рассматривался отчет о деятельности компании TRM за первое полугодие 2021 г.

The CC Declares the Legal Standard on Tax Secrecy Constitutional

The article in the Tax Code regulating tax secrecy is constitutional, according to the decision of the Constitutional Court (CC) taken on August 10. The CC judges took this decision upon notification from Dumitru Alaiba, the deputy who considers that the standard breaches the right of access to information.

КС объявил правовую норму о налоговой тайне конституционной

Статья Налогового кодекса, регулирующая вопросы, связанные с налоговой тайной, является конституционной, согласно решению Конституционного суда (КС) от 10 августа. Судьи КС приняли это решение, получив уведомление от депутата Думитру Алайба, считающего, что эта норма нарушает право доступа к информации.
