Plahotniuc Looses One More Position: PRIME TV Renounces the National Frequency

PRIME TV channel, which belongs to the former leader of the Democratic Party, Vladimir Plahotniuc, renounces the national frequency in analog format. Lia Gutu, Head of the General Directorate for Licensing, Authorization, and Monitoring of the Broadcasting Council (BC), confirmed for Media-azi.md that the representatives of the broadcaster recently contacted the regulator with such a request.

Телеканал PRIME TV, принадлежащий экс-лидеру демократов Владимиру Плахотнюку, отказывается от национальной частоты в аналоговой системе. Лия Гуцу, начальник Главного управления лицензирования, авторизации и мониторинга в рамках Совета по телевидению и радио (СТР) подтвердила в беседе с Media-azi.md, что представители радиовещательной организации обратились недавно к регулирующему органу с подобным запросом.

Care este durata perioadei de probă pentru persoanele angajate prin concurs?

Întrebare: ONG-ul nostru ar vrea să angajeze, prin concurs, un specialist pentru comunicare pe o perioadă de jumătate de an. În acest caz putem aplica perioada de probă de 30 de zile?

Răspuns: Codul muncii, în conținutul articolului 61 litera a), stabilește că salariații angajați în baza contractului individual de muncă pe durată determinată pot fi supuși unei perioade de probă care nu va depăși 15 zile calendaristice pentru o durată a contractului individual de muncă cuprinsă între 3 şi 6 luni.

На заседании от 31 октября Советом по телевидению и радио (СТР) наложил санкции на государственный телевизионный канал Moldova 1 в виде штрафа в размере 10 000 леев (около 500 евро) за нарушение законодательства в ходе избирательной кампании, а телевизионные каналы Moldova 2, Санал 2 и PRIME TV получили публичные предупреждения. Санкции были применены после рассмотрения отчета о мониторинге СТР, касающегося освещения избирательной кампании в период с 10 по 20 октября 2019 года.

Moldova 1 Channel Was Sanctioned with MDL 10,000, and Other TV Channels Monitored by the BC Received Public Warnings

During the meeting of 31 October, the Broadcasting Council (BC) sanctioned the public TV channel Moldova 1 with a fine of MDL 10,000 (about EUR 500) for violating the legislation while covering the election campaign, and the TV channels Moldova 2, Canal 2 and PRIME TV were publicly warned. The sanctions were applied following the examination of the BC monitoring report on media coverage of the election campaign during 10-20 October 2019.

Consiliul Audiovizualului (CA) a sancționat, în cadrul ședinței din 31 octombrie, postul public de televiziune Moldova 1 cu amendă în valoare de 10.000 lei (aproximativ 500 euro) pentru încălcarea legislației în reflectarea campaniei electorale, iar posturile de televiziune Moldova 2, Canal 2 și PRIME TV au fost avertizate public. Sancțiunile au fost aplicate în urma examinării raportului de monitorizare al CA, privind reflectarea campaniei electorale în perioada 10 - 20 octombrie 2019.

В понедельник, 28 мая, группа начинающих государственных служащих, уровня органов центрального публичного управления, слушателей Академии публичного управления (АПУ) прошла обучение о порядке применения законодательства о доступе к информации, в рамках курса, организованного Центром независимой журналистики (ЦНЖ) в партнерстве с АПУ. Обучение является частью цикла лекций, которые ЦНЖ организует в АПУ после подписания соглашения о сотрудничестве в сентябре этого года.

IJC Provides a Series of Lessons at the Academy of Public Administration on Access to Information and Transparency of the Decision-Making Process

A group of newly-employed civil servants from central public authorities, who are trainees of the Academy of Public Administration (APA), participated on Monday, 28 October in a training organised by the Independent Journalism Center (IJC) in partnership with APA, on how to apply the legislation on access to information. This training is part of a series of lessons that IJC will organise at the APA, following a collaboration agreement signed in September.
