The Party of Socialists (PSRM) would like to set up a public council, formed of authority figures, that would supervise the observance of moral norms by TV stations. The ACUM Electoral Bloc intends to ban offshore companies that manage media outlets and collaborate with neighboring countries and the European Union to combat pro-Kremlin propaganda. Consiliul Audiovizualului a sancționat opt posturi TV din cele 13 monitorizate pe parcursul recentei campanii electorale, inițial cu avertizare publică, iar ulterior, cu amendă de 5 mii de lei, pentru încălcarea normelor legale privind reflectarea campaniei.
