Tatiana Djamanov, Radio Orhei Director, filed a complaint, on the 7th of August, with the Orhei Police Inspectorate, against Marina Tauber, Deputy Leader of ‘Sor’ Party and Mayoress of Jora de Mijloc Township, who did not let the journalist do her job during a demonstration that took place in Orhei on Sunday, the 5th of August.

Татьяна Джаманова, директор станции Радио Орхей, подала 7 августа в инспекторат полиции Орхей жалобу на Марину Таубер, зам. председателя партии «Шор» и мэр коммуны Жора де Мижлок, которае препятствовала ей исполнять свои журналистские полномочия во время манифестации, проходившей в Орхей в воскресенье, 5 августа.

Regulamentul AAC comentat de jurnaliști: „Este un scut pentru demnitarii cu probleme de integritate”

Jurnaliștii se tem că dronele, care până în prezent îi ajutau enorm la realizarea investigațiilor jurnalistice, precum și la filmarea unor manifestații, ar putea să devină obiecte de decor în redacții, întrucât regulamentul elaborat de Autoritatea Aeronautică Civilă (AAC) va limita utilizarea acestora, inclusiv în scopuri jurnalistice.  Directoarea Centrului de Investigații Jurnalistice, Cornelia Cozonac consideră că prin acest regulament autoritățile moldovenești vor să-i protejeze pe demnitarii cu probleme de identitate.

Положение Органа Гражданской Авиации (ОГА) комментируют журналисты: «Это щит для чиновников, страдающих дефицитом неподкупности»

Журналисты опасаются, что беспилотные летательные аппараты (БЛА), которые до сих пор помогали им в проведении журналистских расследований, а также в съемках демонстраций, могут стать предметом обстановки в редакциях, поскольку Положение, разработанное ОГА ограничивает их использование, в том числе, в журналистских целях.  Директор Центра журналистских расследований Корнелия Козонак полагает, что данное Положение молдавские власти намерены использовать в качестве щита для чиновников, страдающих дефицитом неподкупности.

Journalists’ Comments on the CAA Regulation: ‘It Is a Shield for Officials with Integrity Issues to Hide Behind’

The journalists fear that the drones, that so far used to be very helpful in conducting journalistic investigations and in filming various demonstrations, might turn into office decorations, as the regulation developed by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) will limit their use, including for journalistic purposes.  The Director of the Center for Investigative Journalism, Cornelia Cozonac, believes that the Moldovan authorities intend to use this regulation to protect the officials with integrity issues.
