The Superior Council of Magistracy Restricts the Access to Information through Impersonalisation of Judgments

Journalists and netizens are confused about the decision of the Superior Council of Magistracy of 21st of June 2016 on the approval of the “Regulations for the publication of judgments on the joint website of the courts”. Thus, while everyone who wished to know if a certain person is involved in any criminal case could previously access the website instante.justice.md and write the person’s name to find the respective information, this search option has been excluded and the information can only be found using the file number and type.

ВСМ преграждает доступ к информации, обезличивая судебные решения

В последние дни, журналисты и пользователи Интернета озадачены решением Высшего совета магистратуры от 21 июня 2016 года, утвердившим «Положение о порядке размещения судебных решений на едином портале судебных инстанций». Так, если ранее кто-либо хотел узнать, фигурирует ли человек в уголовном деле, он заходил на портал instante.justice.md и указывал имя человека, чтобы получить информацию. Сейчас же этот вариант поиска исключен, и поиск возможен только по номеру и типу дела.

European Café: Tinerii din Chișinău au aflat cum să evite riscurile din social media

Tineri din Chișinău au participat vineri, 27 ianuarie, la primul eveniment al anului din cadrul European Café. Activitatea fost organizată de Centrul pentru Jurnalism Independent în incinta iHUB Chișinău, iar tema abordată a fost ”Social media – arma cu două tăișuri”. Într-o atmosferă neformală, participanții la eveniment au aflat despre oportunitățile și riscurile din mediul online de la invitații  Elena Robu, Victor Spînu, Vlada Ciobanu și Eugenia Maxim.
