CCA respinge acuzațiile „Jurnal TV”: „Alți radiodifuzori au primit sancțiuni și mai mari”

Consiliul Coordonator al Audiovizualului (CCA) respinge categoric acuzațiile precum că ar avea o atitudine părtinitoare şi discriminatorie față de postul de televiziune „Jurnal TV” și că ar intenționa să-i retragă acestei instituții media licența de emisie. Precizarea vine la scurt timp după ce „Jurnal TV” a învinuit autoritatea de reglementare de o atitudine ostilă față de postul TV, prin faptul că nu o dată i-a aplicat sancțiuni ce nu sunt prevăzute de legislația în vigoare.

КСТР отвергает обвинения «Jurnal TV»: «Другие вещатели получили и более жесткие наказания»

Координационный совет по телевидению и радио (КСТР) решительно отвергает обвинения в предвзятом и дискриминационном отношении к «Jurnal TV», а также в намерении лишить данное медийное учреждение лицензии на вещание. Такое уточнение появилось вскоре после того как «Jurnal TV» обвинил регулирующий орган во враждебном отношении к телеканалу, проявившемся в неоднократном применении санкций, не предусмотренных действующим законодательством.

BCC Denies the Accusations Made by “Jurnal TV”: “Other Broadcasters Had Even Stronger Sanctions”

The Broadcasting Coordinating Council (BCC) categorically denies the accusations of biased and discriminatory attitude towards “Jurnal TV” station and the allegations that it intends to withdraw the broadcasting license of this media outlet. The response came shortly after “Jurnal TV” accused this regulatory authority of hostile attitude towards it, grounding its accusations on the fact that it was repeatedly subject to sanctions that are not stipulated by the legislation in force.
