Законопроект № 53: Почему нужно сокращать состав КСТР до пяти членов?

Проект нового Кодекса телевидения и радио, принятый парламентом в первом чтении 1 июля текущего года, содержит несколько положений о деятельности Координационного совета по телевидению и радио, который, согласно законопроекту № 53, будет переименован в Совет по телевидению и радио. В частности, часть (1) Статьи 76 проекта предусматривает: « Совет по телевидению и радио состоит из 5 членов, назначаемых парламентом».

The bill of the new Broadcasting Code, voted by the Parliament on July, 1 this year in the first reading, contains more provisions regarding the activity of the Broadcasting Coordinating Council which according to the bill nr.53 will be called the Broadcasting Council. Among others, the article 76, paragraph (1) of the bill stipulates: "The Broadcasting Council is composed of five members, appointed by the Parliament".

Organizarea, pe 14 iulie, de către Comisia Parlamentară pentru mass-media, a așa-ziselor  „consultări publice” pe marginea proiectului de lege nr. 218, la care s-au adăugat și declarațiile din ultimele zile ale autorului proiectului, deputatul Sergiu Sîrbu, precum că proiectul de lege semnat de deputații PD ar putea fi votat de unul singur în lectura a doua, au generat anumite critici din partea societății civile.

Организация 14 июля парламентской Комиссией по средствам массовой информации так называемых «публичных консультаций» по законопроекту № 218 вкупе с озвученными на днях автором проекта, депутатом Сергеем Сырбу заявлениями о том, что проект могут вынести на голосование во втором чтении отдельно, вызвали определенную критику со стороны гражданского общества.

Mai multe ONG-uri de media au semnat, vineri, 15 iulie, o declarație a Asociației Presei Independente (API), protestând împotriva intimidării de către viceministrul Apărării Alexandru Cimbriciuc a jurnalistului Vadim Șterbate, reporter al ziarului „Observatorul de Nord” din orașul Soroca, publicație membră API. Autorii declarației au solicitat Procuraturii Generale să investigheze acest caz, iar funcționarul să fie sancționat conform legii.

A number of media NGO-s signed on Friday, 15th of July, a statement of the Association of Independent Press (AIP), protesting against the intimidation of the journalist Vadim Șterbate, reporter of “Observatorul de Nord” newspaper of Soroca, a publication-member of the AIP, by the Deputy Minister of Defence, Alexandru Cimbriciuc. The authors of the statement requested the investigation of this case by the General Prosecutor’s Office and the punishment of the official according to the legislation.
