Codul audiovizualului, din nou în atenția deputaților

Parlamentul a adoptat, joi, 7 iulie, în primă lectură două proiecte de lege – nr. 125 (PL) și nr. 218 (PD) ce prevăd modificări la Codul audiovizualului în vigoare.  Unii deputați s-au arătat nemulțumiți de faptul că sunt nevoiți să dezbată și aceste proiecte, după ce, pe 1 iulie,  au examinat și au votat în primă lectură proiectul noului Cod al audiovizualului. Autorii inițiativelor legislative au motivat că aceste modificări vor fi folosite ca amendamente la votarea în lectura a doua a proiectului noului cod.

Кодекс телевидения и радио вновь в центре внимания депутатов

Парламент утвердил в четверг, 7 июля, в первом чтении два законопроекта (№ 125, предложенный ЛП; № 218, предложенный ДПМ), которые предусматривают внесение изменений в Кодекс телевидения и радио. Некоторые депутаты выразили недовольство по поводу того, что вынуждены обсуждать эти проекты, учитывая, что 1 июля рассмотрели и утвердили в первом чтении проект нового Кодекса телевидения и радио. Авторы законодательных инициатив аргументировали предложенные дополнения тем, что они будут учтены во время принятия документа во втором чтении.

Broadcasting Code Again in the Deputies' attention

On Thursday, July, 7 the parliament adopted two bills nr.125 (LP) and nr.218 (DP) in the first reading that provide updates for the Broadcasting Code in force. Some deputies were dissatisfied that they had to debate these bills too because on July, 1 they examined and voted the new bill of the Broadcasting Code in the first reading. The authors of the legislative initiatives motivated that these updates will be used as amendments to voting the new bill in second reading.

„Media Azi”, emisiunea X: Libertatea de exprimare, între limbaj ofensator și reglementări excesive

Cum este înțeleasă în societatea noastră libertatea de exprimare? Faptul că unii jurnaliști, bloggeri sau participanți la discuțiile de pe forumuri își permit să spună orice fără să aleagă cuvintele, să ofenseze, să înjure pe cineva, folosind cuvinte licențioase, nu subminează sau compromite într-un fel libertatea de exprimare? Cum acționăm în cazul în care suntem insultați în mass-media? Și, nu în ultimul rând, care e starea generală a libertății de exprimare – avem pentru ce ne îngrijora sau lucrurile merg pe un făgaș normal?

Десятая передача «Media Azi»: Свобода слова – между языком оскорблений и чрезмерными ограничениями

Как воспринимается в нашем обществе свобода слова? Тот факт, что некоторые журналисты, блогеры или участники дискуссий на форумах позволяют себе говорить все, что угодно, не выбирая выражения, оскорблять и использовать нецензурные слова, не подрывает и не компрометирует свободу слова? Как действовать, когда нас оскорбляют в СМИ? И не в последнюю очередь, как у нас обстоят дела в области свободы слова? Есть поводы для беспокойства или все нормально?

"Media Azi", X show: Freedom of expression, between an offensive language and excessive regulations

How is freedom of expression understood  in our society? The fact that some journalists, bloggers and participants at the discussions from forums afford to say anything without choosing the words, to offend, to swear someone, using licentious words, doesn't undermine or compromise in a way the freedom of expression? How do we act in the case when we are insulted in mass-media?And last but not least, what is the general state of freedom of expression in Moldova? Is there anything to be worried about or the things are normal?
