Альтернативные доклады гражданского общества подтверждают: Молдова отстает по части соблюдения прав человека

Представители гражданского общества и национальных и международных органов по защите прав человека обсудили с журналистами различных СМИ острые проблемы соблюдения прав человека в Молдове. Обсуждение состоялось во вторник, 26 апреля, в рамках Клуба прессы на тему «Универсальный периодический обзор – важная и малоизвестная практика», организованного Центром независимой журналистики и офисом ООН в Молдове.

Christian Mihr: “In Moldova there are Cases when the Media was used to represent the Interests of some Oligarchs”

In an interview for DW Akademie, the Reporters Without Borders (RWB) Germany director Christian Mihr referred to the most important development in the new RWB rating on freedom of the press in 180 countries of the world. According to the RWB Report, the countries with the most freedom of the press are Finland, Holland, and Norway. The worst situation is in Turkmenistan, North Korea, and Eritrea. Moldova ranks 76th, having dropped 4 steps from the previous year.

Politicians and the Media - an unbeatable manipulative tandem?

Well, after about 30 years in which the good part of my fellows fought for freedom of expression and to form in our society a free press, we winded up that we shall get today in the forefront of talks, topics about journalists who are at the mercy of politicians. It’s terrible, brothers. It’s even criminal to admit such things, in a situation where we acknowledge that Moldova is ruled by a political clan suspected of crime.

Educatia mediatica si combaterea propagandei, dezbatere European cafe la Balti

Centrul pentru Jurnalism Independent organizează o nouă dezbatere din seria European cafe, care va avea loc la Bălți. Studenții Universității de Stat din Bălți sunt invitați să participe la discuții cu câțiva experți despre educația mediatică și rolul acesteia în combaterea propagandei. Evenimentul va avea loc pe 27 aprilie 2016, începând cu ora 14.00, în incinta Centrului Rus, blocul III, sala 364, Universitatea de Stat “Alecu Russo” din Bălți.
