Timpul.md takes over an article from Media Azi without indicating the source

The website Timpul.md published on Friday, 7 February, an article that had appeared a day before on Media Azi (http://www.media-azi.md/ro/stiri/cca-amendat-%C8%99i-avertizat-public-mai-multe-posturi-tv), about the penalties applied by the Broadcasting Coordinating Council (BCC) to several television outlets. Despite taking over almost the entire article (omitting only the last phrase) and not modifying the text, Timpul.md indicated cca.md as its source.
