Во время нынешней избирательной кампании некоторые СМИ вновь благоприятствовали определенным кандидатам, а других дискредитировали

В четверг, 18 июня, Центр независимой журналистики представил (ЦНЖ) на пресс-конференции заключительный отчёт о результатах мониторинга поведения СМИ во время избирательной кампании к местным выборам. Отчёт выявил тот факт, что в значительной мере, СМИ повели себя предвзято, пренебрегли принципами плюрализма мнений и сбалансированности источников, а также не занимались электоральным воспитанием граждан.

At a news conference on Thursday, June 18, the Independent Journalism Center presented the final report on media behavior during the local election campaign. The report revealed that, by and large, the media was biased, did not ensure the pluralism of opinion and the balance of sources and did not engage in electoral education of population.

În Moldova a fost lansat Programul de tranziție la televiziunea digitală

Începând cu 17 iunie 2015, Republica Moldova trece la televiziunea digitală terestră. Mai mulți experți media și-au exprimat îngrijorarea că țara noastră nu a întreprins măsurile cuvenite pentru ca tranziția să decurgă fără probleme și că tergiversarea acestui proces ar putea afecta masiv populația. În opinia lor, lansarea Programului de televiziune digitală este un proces de durată, care necesită o pregătire minuțioasă, ceea ce nu s-a întâmplat în R. Moldova, unde Guvernul a aprobat un plan de acțiuni în acest sens abia în luna mai curent.

С 17 июня 2015 года Республика Молдова переходит на наземное цифровое телевидение. Некоторые эксперты в области масс-медиа выразили обеспокоенность тем, что наша страна не предприняла необходимые меры для того, чтобы  обеспечить плавный переход, а также тем, что затягивание этого процесса может негативно затронуть население.

The Program of Transition to Digital Television Launched in Moldova

Moldova is going to switch to digital terrestrial broadcasting starting June 17, 2015. Some media experts have expressed concern that the country has not taken the necessary measures for the transition to go smoothly and that delaying the process could strongly affect the population. In their view, the launch of the digital television program is a lengthy process that requires careful preparation, which has not happened in Moldova, where Government approved an action plan in this regard only in May this year.
