Contractele de achiziții publice nu sunt secret de stat!

Întrebare: Am trimis unei instituții de stat o cerere de acces la informație prin care am solicitat niște copii ale contractelor de achiziții publice și am primit refuz cu precizarea că contractele sunt acte cu acces limitat și nu pot fi făcute publice. Ce prevede legea în acest sens?

The Parliament Confirmed the Three New Members of BCC – All of Them Are Former Employees of the Authority Regulating Broadcasting

The former chair of the Broadcasting Coordination Council (BCC) who worked since the communists governance were in power and the current democratic MP Corneliu Mihalache, the deputy head of BCC’s General Division for Licensing, Authorization, and Monitoring, Lidia Viziru, and the head of BCC’s Legal and Regulation Department, Iulian Rosca, were confirmed as members of the BCC. The Parliament approved this by majority vote of 55 MPs during the Friday session on the 14th of December.

Парламент утвердил трех новых членов КСТР - все они являются бывшими сотрудниками регулятора вещания ТВ и РВ

Бывший председатель Координационного совета по телевидению и радиовещанию времен коммунистического правления и нынешний депутат фракции демократов Корнелиу Михалаке, зам. начальника Главного управления лицензирования, авторизации и мониторинга КСТР Лидия Визиру и начальник Юридического управления и регулирования КСТР Юлиан Рошка, были утверждены в качестве членов КСТР. Парламент проголосовал «за» большинством в 55 голосов на своем заседании в пятницу, 14 декабря.

Anul 2018 pentru jurnaliștii din Republica Moldova, în 3 minute și 27 de secunde

Anul 2018 a fost unul complicat pentru presa independentă sau incomodă puterii, afirmă jurnaliști, cercetători media și o arată un video realizat de Centrul pentru Jurnalism Independent, prezentat la Gala anuală a Clubului de presă.

Jurnaliștii au luat „lecții” de la demnitari și alți angajați ai structurilor de stat despre cum să-și facă meseria. Laitmotivul anului a fost interdicția: „Ieșiți din zonă!”, „Nu filmați!”, „Este restricționat accesul pentru jurnaliști!” sau chiar „E instituție de stat și nu se permite să filmați!”.

World Press Photo 2018, categoria Sport, Singles: Imagini cât o mie de cuvinte

Categoria Sport nu a rămas în afara atenției nici în cadrul ediției 2018 a prestigioasei expoziții fotografice World Press Photo, care se află la Chișinău pentru a doua oară consecutiv.
 
Premiul I la această categorie i-a revenit fotografului englez, Oliver Scarff, pentru fotografia „Royal Shrovetide Football”, realizată pentru Agenția France-Presse.

Year 2018 for Journalists in the Republic of Moldova, in 3 Minutes and 27 Seconds

According to the journalists, media researchers and a video by the Independent Journalism Center presented at the Annual Press Club Gala, the year 2018 was a complicated one for the independent media or the media inconvenient to those at power.
Journalists took ‘lessons’ from dignitaries and other government officials about how to do their job. ‘Leave the area!’, ‘Do not shoot!’, ‘Access to journalists is restricted!’ or even ‘It’s a state institution and you aren’t allowed to shoot!’ were the leitmotifs of the year.
