Învățătorii care predau în limba rusă sunt invitați la un curs de educație pentru media

Centrul pentru Jurnalism Independent (CJI) invită învățătorii claselor primare care predau în limba rusă la un program de instruire în domeniul educației pentru media, în urma căruia vor putea preda acest curs opțional.

Instruirea va avea loc la Chișinău, în perioada 26-28 octombrie 2018.

La program se pot înscrie învățători care în anul de studii 2018-2019 predau în limba rusă pentru clasele a III-a și a IV-a într-o instituție de învățământ din Republica Moldova. Limba de comunicare va fi rusă.

Media Azi: The material about an abused child, seen in black by the BCC and in white by journalists

The BCC warned four TV channels for failing to respect the child's right when they broadcast an interview with the father of the alleged victim the identity of whom they revealed. On the other hand, journalists believe that they acted correctly and defended the minor's best interest. How can such a different perception be explained and why did the BCC see this material in black while the journalists saw it in white?

The bodyguards of the mayor of Orhei, Ilan Shor, and of the deputy leader of the Shor Party, Marina Tauber, assaulted several reporters on 26 August, pushing them and preventing them from asking questions. When they asked the Police for help, the representatives in charge with ensuring the public order advised them to approach... the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Moreover, Police employees restricted journalists' access to the events marking the Independence Day, invoking the fact that they did not have special permits.

КСТР поставил на вид четырем телеканалам за несоблюдение прав ребенка. Все они выдали в эфир интервью с отцом предполагаемой жертвы, не удосужившись скрыть личность мужчины. С другой стороны, журналисты уверены, что поступили правильно, встав на защиту высших интересов несовершеннолетнего ребенка. Чем объясняется такое разное восприятие и почему КСТР увидел этот материал в черном цвете, а журналисты – в белом?

Кто защищает журналистов? Медиаэксперт призывает премьер-министра Филипа назначить расследование по фактам обращения полиции с журналистами во время событий 26 и 27 августа

Телохранители примара Орхей Илана Шора и вице-председателя партии «Шор» Марины Таубер 26 августа агрессивно обращались с журналистами, толкая их и не позволяя им задавать вопросы. А когда журналисты запросили помощь полиции, представители общественного порядка посоветовали им обратиться... в пресс-службу Министерства внутренних дел. Более того, сотрудники полиции ограничили доступ журналистов к мероприятиям, посвященным Дню независимости под предлогом того, что они не располагают спецпропусками.

Reporter on Guard/Reporterul de gardă este o nouă publicație web care poartă o denumire asemănătoare cu cea a proiectului Reporter de Gardă la care lucrează jurnaliști de investigație de la Ziarul de Gardă. În pofida asemănării și a termenului de „reporter” din titlu, conținutul acesteia este total diferit de ceea ce s-au obișnuit să primească cititorii investigațiilor produse de echipa ZdG.

Cum și când folosim termenii de victimă, parte vătămată, parte civilmente responsabilă și parte civilă

Întrebare: Mă documentez pentru a scrie un material despre un furt și aș vrea să știu ce deosebire este între termenii juridici  victimă și parte vătămată; parte civilmente responsabilă și parte civilă?

Răspuns: Articolul 58 al Codului de procedură penală (CPP) stabilește că victima este orice persoană fizică sau juridică căreia, prin infracţiune, i-au fost aduse daune morale, fizice sau materiale. Victima are un interes în cadrul procesului penal şi este interesată în rezultatele acestuia.

‘Attack of the Clones’. Does the Reporter de Garda from Chisinau have a twin website?

Reporter on Guard/Reporterul de garda is a new web publication with a name similar to that of the Reporter de Garda project, where investigative journalists from Ziarul de Garda work. In spite of the similarity and the term ‘reporter’ in the title, its content is totally different from what the readers of the investigations produced by the ZdG team were used to see.

«Reporter on Guard»/Репортер на страже – это новая веб-публикация с наименованием, похожим на название проекта «Reporter de Garda», в котором работают журналисты-расследователи из «Ziarul de Garda». Невзирая на схожесть и на термин «репортер» в названии, его содержание полностью отличается от того, к чему привыкли читатели расследований, подготовленных командой ZdG.

Reporteri fără frontiere: A primit Jandarmeria ordin să împiedice presa să-și facă datoria?

După ce numerosi jurnaliști au fost agresați, iar unii dintre ei chiar răniți, organizația Reporteri Fără Frontiere (RSF) a condamnat violența folosită de forțele de ordine împotriva jurnaliștilor.

RSF se alătură în acest demers organizației sale partenere din România, ActiveWatch, și cere autorităților să clarifice cât se poate de mult ceea ce s-a întâmplat pe 10 august în București.
