Lipsa specialiștilor în comunicare, una din cauzele degradării relațiilor dintre autoritățile statului și mass-media

Jurnaliștii susțin că adesea primesc răspunsuri formale sau întârziate de la instituțiile statului, iar comunicatorii, la rândul lor, spun că nu pot oferi la timp informațiile solicitate din cauza lipsei de specialiști din acest domeniu. Autoritățile statului ar trebui să angajeze mai mulți comunicatori pentru a facilita procesul de furnizare a informațiilor solicitate de mass-media - la această concluzie au ajuns participanții la workshop-ul „Provocări și soluții în comunicarea între instituțiile administrației publice și mass-media.

Centrul pentru Jurnalism Independent prezintă agenda pentru luna octombrie

În luna octombrie CJI vine cu vești bune în cadrul proiectului „Mass-media în sprijinul democrației, incluziunii și responsabilității în Moldova” (MEDIA-M), unde vor fi anunțate rezultatele concursului de Granturi pentru Oportunități Noi. Tot în cadrul acestui proiect expiră termenul de depunere a dosarelor la cel de-al doilea concurs de granturi pentru campanii împotriva dezinformării și propagandei în media. Până la finele lunii, un grup de experți va anunța doi câștigători, care vor beneficia  de granturi a câte 5 000 de dolari.

Департамент политик и медийного законодательства Центра независимой журналистики (ЦНЖ) оказывает бесплатные юридические консультации журналистам и медийным учреждениям Республики Молдовa. Таким образом, ЦНЖ способствует выявлению и решению проблем юридического характера, с которыми сталкиваются СМИ. Желающие могут воспользоваться квалифицированной юридической помощью, получить копии действующих законодательных актов, информацию о других источниках и т.д.

CJI oferă consultații juridice gratuite jurnaliștilor și instituțiilor media

Departamentul Politici şi Legislaţie Media al Centrului pentru Jurnalism Independent (CJI) oferă gratuit consultații juridice pentru jurnaliști și organizațiile mass-media din Republica Moldova. Astfel, CJI își propune să contribuie la identificarea și soluționarea problemelor juridice ale organizațiilor mass-media. Solicitanţii pot beneficia de asistenţă juridică calificată, copii ale actelor legislative în vigoare, informaţii despre alte surse de asistenţă necesară etc.

Non-governmental media organizations have lately seen a clearly hostile and intolerant attitude of the Broadcasting Coordinating Council (BCC) to any critical opinion regarding its work. Thus, in the latest press release posted on its website, the BCC tries to intimidate the signatories of a statement regarding the decision to postpone the cession of the broadcasting license for the TV8 television station.

Monitoring Report: Experts recommend authorities to accelerate the fulfillment of the commitments assumed in the media field

The National Action Plan (NAP) for the years 2017 - 2019 regarding the fulfillment of commitments regarding the media field, undertaken under the Association Agreement between the Republic of Moldova and the European Union should be sped up. This is one of the main conclusions of the Second Monitoring Report on Fulfillment of the said obligations, which was presented on Monday, September 18th, by the Independent Press Association (API).

When will TV8 pass to the "Media Alternativa" Association? Natalia Morari: "It seems everything is directed"

In an interview published by Media-azi.md on February 27th 2017, journalist Natalia Morari spoke about the reorganization of TV7 channel, which was going to be managed by a public association founded by journalists that according to Natalia Morari "will hold 75% of the shares". On march 13th 2017 Public Association "Media Alternativa" was registered, and on June 13th the Broadcasting Coordination Council (BCC) vetted the the name change (from TV7 to TV8), approving also the new program schedule.
