The Report of the Broadcasting Coordinating Council (BCC) on its activity in 2014 and priorities for 2015 was heard on Wednesday, February 25, by the Parliamentary Commission on Culture, Education, Research, Youth, Sports and Media.

Aşa cum au promis saptămâna trecută, reprezentanţii Centrului pentru Jurnalism Independent s-au prezentat din nou, miercuri, 18 februarie, în faţa Parlamentului, pentru a le reaminti deputaţilor că jurnaliştii acreditaţi aici nu-şi pot exercita profesionist meseria, atâta timp cât le este interzis accesul în sala de şedinţe a legislativului.

As promised last week, the staff of the Center for Independent Journalism came again on Wednesday, February 18, to Parliament, to remind the MPs that accredited journalists cannot work properly if they are denied access to the Parliament meetings. The "Sheep Fold" built by the organizers of the event is a symbol of the nook provided to the press by the MPs and of media censorship imposed on them, as journalists are fed only the information that would make the MPs look good in the media.
