“Media Azi” Show, 62nd Edition: Why Do We Need a New Broadcasting Code?

At the recent Media Forum held in Moldova, much was said about the need to improve media legislation and adopt a new Broadcasting Code. What provisions does the draft of the new code contain and when the document may reach the parliament? – These are the topics discussed in the 62nd edition of the “Media Azi” [Media Today] show by the journalist Nicolae Negru, host of the show, and his guest, expert Vasile State, director of the Electronic Press Association (APEL).

Watch the show to see why we need a new law in the field of radio and television and what experts are currently working on its drafting. In addition, learn how the code addresses such issues as concentration in domestic media or audience measurement.
