CA a suspendat emisia TV Bălți, la solicitarea postului

Consiliul Audiovizualului (CA) a suspendat, în cadrul ședinței din 14 iunie, emisia postului de televiziune TV Bălți (BTV) pentru o perioadă de două luni. Cererea a fost depusă de către administrația televiziunii, care a solicitat întreruperea emisiei pentru o jumătate de an.

Administratoarea postului, Rodica Deleu, a menționat pentru Media-azi.md că decizia de încetare temporară a activității aparține fondatorilor BTV. În prezent, BTV are cinci fondatori, iar cea mai mare cotă a postului, de 99,65, o deține Maria Rararcean.

СТР приостановил вещание TV Bălți по запросу телеканала

На заседании от 14 июня, Совет по телевидению и радио (СТР) приостановил лицензию на вещание TV Bălți (BTV) на двухмесячный срок. Запрос был подан администрацией телеканала, который затребовал прервать вещание на полгода.
Администратор канала Родика Делеу сообщила Media-azi.md, что решение о временном прекращении деятельности было принято учредителями BTV. В настоящее время, у BTV пять учредителей, и самая крупная доля в активах телеканала, 99,65, принадлежит Марии Рарарчан.

BC Suspended the Broadcasting License of TV Balti, at the Request of the Channel

The Broadcasting Council (BC) suspended the broadcasting license of TV Balti (BTV) for a two-month period at a meeting held on 14 June. The application was submitted by the management of the TV channel, who requested to interrupt the broadcasting for a six-month period.
Channel manager Rodica Deleu mentioned for Media-azi.md that the temporary suspension of the activity had been decided by BTV founders. Currently, BTV has five founders and the greatest share of the channel of 99.65 is owned by Maria Rararcean.

‘The Fifth Power’ Hackathon Invites the Journalists and IT Developers to Create Multimedia Apps

The Independent Journalism Center launches the 5th edition of ‘The Fifth Power’ Hackathon, this time with a Multimedia theme. The event will take place between 28 and 30 June 2019 in Chisinau.
 
This edition of the hackathon invites the participants to create innovative web apps and tools that can be used in designing journalistic materials.
 
The participants will have two days to develop team projects and present their demo products.

Ce riscă redacția, dacă nu publică o dezmințire?

Întrebare: Instanța de judecată ne-a obligat să dăm dezmințire la un material publicat anul trecut în ziar, în care un cetățean ne acuza de defăimare. Cum să procedăm, dacă ziarul nu mai apare? Unde să publicăm dezmințirea? Ce riscăm dacă nu executăm hotărârea instanței?

Răspuns: Articolul 26 al Legii cu privire la libertatea de exprimare prevede că instanţa de judecată va dispune efectuarea dezminţirii în cel mai potrivit mod pentru restabilirea drepturilor reclamantului.

Медийные НПО: «Сообщаем посольствам и международным медиаучреждениям, что в Молдове участились агрессивные действия в адрес журналистов»

Медийные НПО осуждают агрессию, запугивание, насильственные действия в отношении журналистов, совершённые во время событий 7-9 июня 2019 года участниками протестов, организованных Демократической партией Молдовы в Кишиневе. В течение трех дней ряд СМИ публиковали видео о нападках на их репортеров, находящихся на месте событий для того, чтобы снять сюжет и информировать граждан. (Ниже прилагается список основных нарушений прав журналистов и СМИ в этот период).

În contextul ultimelor evenimente politice din Republica Moldova, când  reprezentanții mass-media au fost agresați și intimidați în timp ce își exercitau atribuțiile profesionale, am decis să prezentăm jurnaliștilor câteva sfaturi, care îi vor ajuta să fie mai precauți. Jurnalista Dina Tokbaeva, de la portalul Newreporter.org, recomandă mai multe măsuri de securitate în acest sens.
