Study visit of Moldovan journalists to Romania, Hungary and the Czech Republic

15 journalists representing print media, online media, radio and television, who are working on the topic of the European integration of Moldova, starting today are in a program of study visits to Romania, the Czech Republic and Hungary. The study visits are intended for sharing experience and techniques for the media coverage of the topics concerning European Union, European values and the role of mass media in the process of our country’s integration into the European community.

15 журналистов, представляющих печатные СМИ, онлайн-СМИ, радио и телевидение, работающие над тематикой европейской интеграции Молдовы, с сегодняшнего дня участвуют в программе учебных визитов в Румынию, Чехию и Венгрию. Учебные визиты организуются с целью обмена опытом и техниками освещения в прессе вопросов, связанных с Европейским союзом, европейскими ценностями и ролью СМИ в процессе интеграции нашей страны в европейское сообщество.

TVR a încheiat un contract pentru emisia pe satelit a programelor sale

Societatea Română de Televiziune (SRTv) a finalizat procedura de închiriere de spaţiu de transmisie pe satelit a televiziunilor din portofoliul său, valoarea totală a contractului încheiat în acest sens cu societatea Rartel S.A. fiind de 10,4 milioane de euro, fără TVA, informează Mediafax.

Potrivit unui anunţ publicat recent pe e-licitatie.ro, acordul cadru încheiat de TVR cu Rartel S.A., vizează "servicii de transmisie a programelor SRTv pe satelit".

Media Freedom Index, decreasing (period April-June 2014)

Media Freedom Index, measuring the media freedom within the Eastern Partnership countries (EaP), shows that the Moldovan media is partially free. With some progress on specific areas, but also with regression on others, in this quarter the media in Moldova recorded an index of 6 out of 7. Moldova is ranked on the second place (with 1284 points) within the member states of the EaP, Georgia being placed on the first position (with 1409 points).

Обеспечение беспрепятственного исполнения миссии журналистов

Центр независимой журналистики (ЦНЖ) начинает кампанию по поддержке прошения в пользу решения вопроса о доступе журналистов на заседания парламента Республики Молдова. Цель ходатайства – попросить руководство парламента выполнить данные им обещания  о создании лучших условий труда для журналистов, аккредитованных в парламенте, чтобы представители СМИ могли свободно и беспрепятственно исполнять свои профессиональные обязанности.

Petition for solving the issue of journalists' access to the Chamber of the Parliament

The Independent Journalism Center (IJC) launches a campaign in support of the petition concerning the access of journalists to the Moldovan Parliament Session. The goal is to perceive the Legislative to keep its pledges and commitments to create better working conditions for journalists who report on Parliament`s activity.

Урок медийной грамотности для молодежи из Страшен

Темы, касающиеся новостей, манипулирования и роли журналиста в обществе, обсудили 25 учеников лицея им. Иона Ватаману города Страшены в ходе очередного урока, предназначенного для потребителей медийной продукции, который прошел 16 февраля. Мероприятие было организовано Независимым центром журналистики и прошло под руководством журналиста радиостанции «Europa Liberă» Лилианы Барбэрошие.
