“Our website has been the subject of a massive DDoS cyber attack. We are trying to solve the situation!” announced the administrators of RISE.MD on Facebook.
RISE Moldova director Iurie Sanduta and journalist Mihai Munteanu published on Thursday, December 3, an investigation that featured a number of documents including an alleged letter of prosecutor Ivan Diacov to mogul Vladimir Plahotniuc and transcripts disclosing certain criminal links attributed to Democratic Party MP Constantin Tutu.
RISE Moldova is a community of investigation journalists, programmers and activists who investigate organized crime, corruption schemes, cases of contraband, tax frauds, etc.
