“Vocea Basarabiei” Radio Renewed Its Broadcasting License

The Broadcasting Coordinating Council (BCC) at its meeting of Friday, October 7, renewed the broadcasting license of “Vocea Basarabiei” radio for a period of 7 years, following its expiry on October 13, 2016. According to the station’s Director Veaceslav Tibuleac, there will be no great changes in the broadcast schedule.

“We maintain our positions, and our broadcast schedule remains practically the same. We are planning to hire two more reporters, in Cahul and in Balti, in order to have more news from around the country. As for shows, all of them have been kept. At the same time, we will rebroadcast some shows of Free Europe radio, but they will take only one hour per day,” said Veaceslav Tibuleac at the BCC meeting.

It should be noted that the current owner of radio “Vocea Basarabiei” is Canal X SRL company, whose founder is Igor Cijov.
