In the three days, the guest presented a number of tools that local and national media could use to improve, promote and sell their content online, so as to increase traffic and gain popularity among media consumers.
Analysis of statistics and increase of the audience were other topics addressed by the trainer, who gave to participants the recipes for monetization by means of adapting the content to local conditions and the target audience.
The journalists found the information they received during this training very useful. Tatiana Mitrofan from “Observatorul de Nord” newspaper noted: “I once again saw that the information tastes of the public are changing, so journalists must adapt to new situations. We need to improve not just content, but also the form of our journalistic materials. In this context, it was very useful for me to learn how to make video with text overlay, how to increase the traffic on websites and in social media, efficiently and at minimal cost.”
Participants will to put into practice the tools presented to them during the training, and the trainer will continue providing them assistance.
