Online broadcasting portal Privesc.Eu in partnership with nine online outlets has launched a new service for those who organize events and want to reach a larger audience. Thus, Privesc.eu will broadcast the event live, while nine journalists from nine news portals will watch it live and write about it.

The nine portals that will partner with Privesc.Eu are: agora.md, deschide.md, diez.md, timpul.md, moldova.org, newsmaker.md, unimedia.info, ziarulnational.md, zugo.md.

Contacted by Media Azi, Privesc.eu co-founder Vitalie Esanu said that the idea of this project appeared earlier, but it was implemented recently, when they got the first client. According to Esanu, the project was aimed at creating a sort of “event of the day”, which would be promoted by a lot of online media simultaneously.

“Previously, this was done by televisions, and now, after the first experience, it seems that we got ahead of them,” Vitalie Esanu said. In his opinion, both parties have to win from this collaboration: the customer, who is interested in increasing the visibility of his event, and the portals, which will have extra income.

“The results have been seen from the very beginning, after all nine portals covered an event, and then other media outlets, e.g. some televisions, that originally didn’t cover the event, returned to the story and considered it important. Thus, online outlets have set the agenda of the day,” said Vitalie Esanu.

As for how it works, the Privesc.Eu co-founder thinks it is very simple: “Initially, the customer signs a contract with Privesc.Eu, after which, during the live broadcast, the editors-in-chief of partner portals receive an email notification announcing that the event has started. Subsequently, they write one or two cover stories, they can opt to post the live material or the text accompanied by the video on the site. It is up to them.”

The money earned will be distributed among the outlets proportionally, according to the traffic generated during 72 hours.
