The director of the National Public TV Moldova 1 announced on Monday, June 26, on his Facebook page that he resigned.
„ All this time, I have done the job of director just like I knew better from my professional experience and common sense. And what I have managed remains on the small screen, in TV studios and people’s feelings.
After these almost five years I will just go ahead and do what I have started and what gave me great satisfaction: documentaries”, Mircea Surdu wrote.
The journalist didn’t answer his phone to disclose us more details about the reason of his resignation.
Mircea Surdu was elected as a director of the Public TV Moldova 1 on December 1, 2012 for a five-year term.
