The independence of Moldovan media, professional ethics and solidarity were some of the topics discussed at the meeting of the Independent Journalism Center representatives with the students of the Journalism and Public Communication Department of the Free International University of Moldova (ULIM), which took place on November 14.
The students participated in an improvised press conference and asked questions about the current situation of media in Moldova and about the employment perspectives for young journalists.
In addition, the students learned about the activities and projects successfully implemented by the IJC and about how they can become involved in various IJC programs while still at the university.
This meeting with ULIM students was organized within the initiative known as IJC Caravan – an activity aimed to enhance cooperation with higher education institutions of Moldova.
