Last week, media NGOs condemned the attacks against press by ‘Sor’ Party representatives and the threatening of journalists in ATU Gagauz Yeri, and took a stand in other situations concerning media. However, besides the reaction of media NGOs, journalists did not show any solidarity by expressing their disagreement with such a behaviour or covering such cases.
Journalist Irina Gotisan and her guest, photographer Constantin Grigorita, discuss about solidarity among colleagues at Media Azi talk show.
Watch the talk show to find out how difficult it was for Constantin Grigorita to fight alone the restrictions imposed by President Igor Dodon, who forbade him to attend the events organized by the Presidency, without any clear explanation.
Find out the guest’s opinion about causes that prevent journalists from showing solidarity with their colleagues when their rights are violated and what criteria could consolidate the journalistic guild.
