In recent years, almost all media institutions in the Republic of Moldova face a lack of staff, and finding good journalists who could be hired became a real challenge. Could we speak in the context of a loss of the profession’s prestige or a decrease in its popularity?

The topic was discussed during a new edition of Media Azi program, moderated by journalist Nicolai Paholnitchi, who had Natalia Morari, moderator at TV8 and chair of the ‘Media Alternativa’ Association that manages this TV station, as his guest.
